Dandelion Twins
These are a pair of jackets, from a pair of single (twin bed) duvets. Both duvets were well loved and used, needing lots of careful mending and patching. The print is from the 1930s and shows a beautiful meadow of wild flowers, including my absolute favourite dandelions. Picking up the tones of the soft natural palette in the embroidery threads, these jackets are a work of art.
