Iris
We have taken a vintage embroidered quilt, over dyed it navy blue and turned it into a selection of really desirable jackets and coats. The Iris quilted coat has biker-inspired styling with an asymmetric front and chunky metal snaps at the neckline. It is beautifully finished with solid black binding. The centre front and hem utilise the pretty scalloped edging of the original vintage quilt. With patched on curved hem pockets the Iris is pretty, practical and ethical all in one go.
